Cosmo is home to a number of good restaurants and Blue Ribbon is a great one! The restaurant has a nice classic atmosphere. Food is fantastic - a variety of American classics, from delicious fried chicken to steaks. Great oysters and desserts as well! Service was very friendly and attentive.

I celebrated my birthday here with my parents, and it was an unforgettable experience. The service was top-notch from start to finish. I ordered the herb-roasted chicken, and my goodness, it was delicious. This place is known for its fried chicken, and it looked absolutely divine. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Knowing it was my birthday, the staff brought out a small dessert, which I happily shared with my folks. The price is definitely worth it for the quality of food and service you receive. I can't wait to come back very soon!

Wow... THE FOOD ELABORATION. - Baked Oysters | Garlic Parmesan aioli (cheesy) with spinach on the bottom. Incredibly tender. If you don't order this, you've missed out. #fomo - 16 oz. Split Bone Ribeye | Excellent char, super juicy and tender. Flavor is incredible. Again, if you don't order this, you've missed out! - Paella Basquez | Seafood wonderment of (almost) all things in the sea. Loved the shrimp, mussels, clams, fish, scallops, etc. The land animal (chicken) didn't make the cut as it was quite dry and unappealing. - Basket of Bread (Complimentary) | Warm French bread with butter. Ugh, I love carbs. THE DRINKS DRUNK. - Sierra Nevada | West coast pale ale. Light with a small hint of citrus notes. - Old Fashioned | So damn smooth. The restaurant itself is classic with a modern industrial twang. It feels like you're sitting in a furniture showroom of fancy interior pieces. The bar is situated towards the front of the restaurant with all its glorious alcohol prominently displayed above the bar. Get those reservations lined up for peace of mind. Walk-ins could be waiting for a while. Things just feel right when we dine here and I would love to come back for another meal (and drink).

Really really liked this place. Our server, Tim, was fabulous, personable, helpful, informative and attentive. Next time we return, I'm getting the fried chicken. It was delicious. Hubby ordered the 4 pc chicken which came with tasty mashed potatoes and gravy. The collard greens under the chicken was sort of tough to chew, needed more cooking. I ordered a salad which was OK but I'd probably shop this salad next time and the crispy rice squares. The crispy rice were quite good but I thought $36 was hefty for rice even if the dish was labor intensive to make. The creme brulee was good, creamy texture and easily shared. I'm going to put this place on my list of returns to dine at next time. Even better than some of the celebrity restaurants. It's rather dark inside but you can see the food on your table.

Everything on the menu was fire. The short rib was a definite winner and sauced and cooked perfectly. All the selections are top notch and the staff was amazing. Great choice for solid American food.

Just dined here in December 2023. Food, atmosphere, and service were all amazing. Despite being extremely busy, the staff checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we were fully satisfied. Our glasses were never empty and the food came out at an amazing pace. Food we tried: 1. Lamb entree: My husband had the lamb dish and really enjoyed it. He said it was the best prepared lamb he's had in a while, and he's really picky. 2. Shrimp pasta: My pasta dish with shrimp was so good that I can't stop thinking about it. That sauce was so rich and flavorful, I wish I could bottle it up. 3. Appetizer, tuna on crispy rice: this was just OK. The tuna was fresh, but we could mainly just taste the fried crispy rice with a sweet sauce. 4. House bread: warm and fresh - perfect way to start the meal. We had our toddler with us and our waitress was beyond thoughtful and prepared a small plate of fruit for him to keep him busy until the food arrived. This gesture was so sweet and made the whole experience ten times better.

The Blue Ribbon Steakhouse really is top notch. I love the ambiance with its classic high end steakhouse vibes. I had the wagyu steak and lobster for the main course. It was an exceptional dish with a lovely presentation. The wait staff were very attentive and made sure it was an overall positive experience. I enjoy going here for a good steak would highly recommend.
